Since there multiple people have leaked it but not told the full story sharing it.

Exwhu already posted 2 hours before Ornstein that Arsenal made a 80m+10m pound offer for Rice and has been rejected but normal since it's an opening bid

Also mention City keen but Rice prefers Arsenal

Updated it by saying next bid from Arsenal with increased offer likely today or tomorrow.

Rice preferring us to City is huge if true, let's hope he makes it clear to WHU so they don't stall, trying to force a bidding war
