I stopped watching bleach sometime during the early heuco mundo arc back in the day. Can I just pick it back up at thousand year blood war?

You should finish the hueco mundo arc because there are some callbacks to it and it's just an awesome arc with a great finale. Skip the fullbring arc and continue with thousand year blood war.
