Looking for a solution to put a patch panel into a partition wall (space reasons). Anyone know of a good patch panel that can be installed directly into a stud/partition wall that looks good and sits flush etc.

You can mount a conventional patch panel vertically (Monoprice 12-port Vertical Cat6 Mini Patch Panel, 110 Type (568A/B Compatible) (UL)

Or look at 10" patch panels for horizontal and use DIY rack panel mount strips ( like Cable Matters UL Listed Mini 8-Port Patch Panel with Mounting Bracket)

We looked at this, but it seems they aren’t pleasant to mount, fit etc and getting a clean finish is not easy.

Ideally something with a covering would be nice, and the size that can fit between average stud walls.
