You got tricked. Library cards are free.
you got me. i wasn't thinking too hard when i commented.
Mine is 15€/yr, which I find OK. They even loan instruments and current switch games and stuff
"OK" seems like a big understatement for what you're getting.
not always. we pay very little in taxes (unincorporated), but that also means we don't get access to a ton of stuff. why should we get access to the library if we aren't paying for it? everyone else is paying for it with their taxes
