This is sad to me, it was the rock band I admired back in 2001. Twenty years later, I didn't follow their music anymore since long ago... Yet, the turns of life brought me to Germany. And I heard this... Really hope there's some justice, and it never happens again. nothing. even. similar.

Unfortunately there will be no justice in this case. The victims don't want to go through with a lawsuit, which I can totally understand.

The prosecutor didn't see enough evidence to continue. Huge difference.

Not saying he didn't do any of it, but by law he is currently considered innocent.

Actually, the issue is that none of the victims contacted the German authorities. No case without a victim.

Yeah, because the victims did not come forward. Which is exactly what I wrote.
