Hi, there is a 'Filters' setting on the main Settings page (just below Show NSFW and above Text Size options), it accepts both text and regex (in /this/ format) and will block any post which has a title or body that contains one of the filtered words.

As per original post I am trying to block/filter communities, e.g. I am able to extract the following list of communities from my current manual blocklist with this regex:

Ah I see. The current filter list only filters on post name or post body and not on the community name. I've just added last night (beta v138) a filter section for communities which I think is what you might be looking for.
