Honestly the best deals I find in the US are buying from Joe Schmo on FB marketplace or Craigslist. Whatever your local “I want to sell this old junk” websites are are what I’d look at first. eBay is great if you want to buy an almost new machine, but you’re looking at older machines where you’d get a much better deal buying from a rando. Expect to pay around 30% more on eBay or any similar sources because of all of the fees associated with selling as a business instead of privately.

no idea as to specific stores, but judging from the keyboard layouts the majority of the laptops coming to the SEE are of german, swiss, and nordic origin, so with you being in the EU importing those shouldn't be a huge hassle and/or cost, should you fail to locate local businesses that import those en masse.
Bought my T15 gen2 Intel+nvidia in Albania for $400. Don't know about Greece tho
