This is such bullshit. The "web designer" didn't even have a business. The "client" didn't exist. The name they used for the client isn't gay.
This should have been thrown out over and over before it even sniffed Roberts moldy nut sack.
Now to start a company that doesn't serve any straight people.
Honestly I don't think that would cause any legal problems.
