Tonight I made pizzas using lebanese bread
This one is a cheese and pepperoni
And smoked salmon and capers

There's only 2 rules that I can think of right now
Rule 1: Don't ridicule
Rule 2: Don't be an arsehole
If you can think of anything else let me know. Cheers.

Not much cheese on ours because I mostly cut it out of my diet. I also forgot to buy tomato paste so our pizzas were base, olive oil, tomato, zucchini, herbs and spices.
What ripper! I too forget the paste so I used tomato and hot sauce.
I just realised we had leftover tomato. I could have fried them up and mooshed them into a kind of char-grilled/caramelised paste. Gonna try this one day.
I think it'll be home made pizza with tomato and zucchini. We use the 'Old Time Bakery' gluten and yeast free bases to get around a yeast allergy.
I having spaghetti marinara tonight after much deliberation.
Had a lot of fish stored in the freezer and decided to use quite a bit.
Grilled chicken skewers, cauli and brown rice. Blueberries.
It was fried rice tonight! Needed more frozen brussel sprout.
Tonight I chanelled my parent's era and did meat and three veg.
The steak was a bit overcooked. It was in the freezer and had been planned for another dish, I thought it was two pieces, it turned out to be four thin pieces. Which I didn't realise until it was in the pan, and it totally messed up the timing and cooked too fast.
The potato was fresh from my garden today - a volunteer that grew from a missed piece of a previous crop.
Yum. Those corn cob holders very retro.
They were not retro when I bought them 🤣
