Hello,

I have a office laptop which is connected to the office wifi network using user ID and password and I can connect to the official accounting software as well as the internet. Now, to make things faster, i have brought my personal laptop to connect to the same wifi network; but here I can connect to the official accounting software but not the internet. Why is this happening? What changes should I do to my personal laptop so that I can connect to the internet as well?

Thanks in advance

when you have to sign in with an ID password, it means that your company is using WPA2 or WPA3 Enterprise. There is an authentication server that processes your credentials and grants access to network resources based on the network access control policy.

It is not possible to answer your question without knowing the details of the network access control policy.
