A community dedicated to the universe of Warhammer 40k, a tabletop setting in the far, distant future.
This is a general community for 40k miniatures, art, lore discussion, and gameplay discussion.
Rules
- Keep it civil.
- No memeposts/shitposts. Memes are great but direct them to grimdank.
- Please mark any posts containing realistic nudity or realistic excessive gore/violence as NSFW; this rule mainly applies to cosplay and realistic drawings rather than miniatures. Being that 40k is inherently violent, this is a judgement call, and mods may occasionally request posters add tags.
- No political or social cause agenda pushing.

Honestly have no clue. I know a bunch of dreadnought patterns did, so maybe? I play Tau and Grey Knights so none of it was really relevant to me.
When they announced all the HH era stuff moving to legends it specifically said Custodes stuff wouldn't be touched.
Which is great, but what Custodes really need is a unifying across 30 and 40k. Why does the Legio not get Allarus or Vertus Praetors, and why does 40k not get Meridian Guard or Agamatus? This is my personal nit to pick but to answer the thread question, they've stated that the IA Index would come out shortly after launch. It is my belief that that will be sometime in the last week of June.
