I haven’t cared enough to dig into it but I remember he was really weird with Millie Bobby Brown when she was ~14.
Kendrick said he did on Not Like Us and so now it's a meme, truth and weight of the situation be damned I guess.
At least in Canada, he was well known for that prior to the Kenny thing
