Or maybe it was following Elon to TX right after their anti abortion legislation came into effect?
Tesla moved to Texas in 2021. Toyota merged 2 companies and moved both to Texas in 2017.
They also bet on hybrid, not EV. If you look at those offerings, it shows.
Lastly, Toyota recently spent 3.4B in a new battery plant so they can make their own. Let's not call the fight finished just yet.
