What did Leclerc set on the top of the car before he removed the wheel?

It sort of looked like a Ferrari branded tape measure.

Seatbelt buckle. All the harnesses clip into one central point on F1 belts iirc. I think it’s normally left attached to one of the over the shoulder belts

Ah, you're definitely right. I had no idea they could be removed entirely, I thought they were permanently attached to one of the straps.
