Ooh very nice. That really would hit the spot for brekkie. Inspired by you I got some Sichuan flavoured instant noodles from the local shop, not going in with high expectations but still looking forward to nooooodles. I really need to get myself a bottle of Chinkiang vinegar already when I get back to mine.
