This seems...busted? I'm no expert in card evaluation, but this seems really good. I suppose it relies on a hand full of gas, but that doesn't seem super hard to set up.

Busted in what format?

In limited, by the time you play this, your hand will be empty.

In standard, you might drop one or two decent things. It'll swing a few games. But I would expect an 8-drop to be devastating. As far as 8-drops go, this is mid.

In pioneer, modern etc? Game will be over before you cast, or it'll be exiled from your hand first.

I think it's worse than it looks. The issue in 60 card formats is that by the time you can cast this, you've probably spent most of the cards in your hand. Plus if you're playing a bunch of giant creatures you want to cheat out with this, you've got a bunch of dead draws that will flounder in your hand if you can't cast this. Perhaps it can do some work with the current Atraxa decks in Standard, but I think it's going to be best in Commander where you can more easily draw massive amounts of cards to make this actually impactful

This is an enters the battlefield trigger, I don't think it will be cast very much. Stacking your deck with big creatures can be navigated somewhat better in the older formats, but you only need 1 or 2 to make this really work.

If you're cheating a creature out though it seems a lot better to just cheat out Atraxa or Etali and guarantee a good ability instead of a big beater that might cheat out another creature if you have one in hand

I think it was probably made with Gishath Commander players in mind. That's probably the only spot it'll see real play. And it'll be super cool there, but hardly gamebreaking compared to what else is in Commander.
