It's a meme that's been everywhere lately. I don't know where this originated, but it's a promo shot from that old King of Queens show.
I never watched the show, but I guess it's old enough now to be a meme.
It was a pretty great show as far as sitcoms go.
That's Doug Heffernan. He's the unofficial "king" of Queens in NYC.
