There is no proof that that image was AI-generated. Various elements seem like regular old Photoshop techniques. That image could still be AI-generated or AI-assisted, but there's no real proof either way.

Yeah, I didn't read your comment closely enough before posting the reply. It does looks extremely AI-generated, but it's always possible the artist just isn't very good.
