theres been a lot of this rhetoric as if palestine is a separate state entirely. A lot of people like sarah silverman here making some bold claims that palestinians could supply their own food and water if they werent so insistent on doing terrorism instead. A lot of people claiming that israel was attacked by foreign terrorists. Have they been tacitly admitting that there ought to be two state solution and that israel is illegally encroaching on a foreign states territory? Obviously not, these are liberal hypocrites after all. Unbothered by facts and consistency they just say what feels right to make their point.
What we have now is a state and a half solution. Palestine is enough of a state to absolve the zionist entity of all responsibility for living conditions and economic development but no where near state-like enough to control it's own borders, its own tax systems, its own infrastructure, it's own military, it's own foreign trade etc. Palestine is left with all of the obligations of a state and given none of the tools necessary to fulfill them.
It's more of a final solution
