I have just learned Diwali is on Sunday. I think I will use it as inspiration to put up my new garden lights.

Tihar (Nepali) festival starts today. I think tomorrow is Kukur Thiar (day two) where dogs are the focus of the celebration. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tihar_(festival)
