Werewolves are immune to Charm Person if transformed

Worked well enough for that Welsh sheep, should work now.

So werewolves are not affected by any spell that affects people and animals?

You can charm a werewolf when in human form with charm person. It's up the DM if you can use charm animal on a werewolf when it is transformed.
