Hi there. Just had my municipal fiber installed today and I'm looking to maximize the new speed. I currently have the 3 puck system from Google.

I have my desktop PC wired to the puck, but pretty much everything else is running off wifi. I understand mesh/wifi in general is not as desirable as hard-wiring, but unfortunately, our house has no sort of cable ran throughout. The city installed the fiber box on the side of the house that is a good deal away from attic access, so they just went in to our front room where the modem now sits behind a couch.

So is there a tangible benefit in upgrading to something like an EX75 or even an X60?

Pretty clueless when it comes to all the specs attached to these items.

Thanks!

I vaguely remember a show from the early 00s... Intervention? Where someone was addicted eating lipstick.
