We are digital librarians. Among us are represented the various reasons to keep data -- legal requirements, competitive requirements, uncertainty of permanence of cloud services, distaste for transmitting your data externally (e.g. government or corporate espionage), cultural and familial archivists, internet collapse preppers, and people who do it themselves so they're sure it's done right. Everyone has their reasons for curating the data they have decided to keep (either forever or For A Damn Long Time (tm) ). Along the way we have sought out like-minded individuals to exchange strategies, war stories, and cautionary tales of failures.

You could do a trial subscription to Easynews (Usenet provider)
They have a search feature so you can browse Usenet content on their web interface. It's the one feature that sets them apart from other providers.
The issue of course becomes a lot of titles are obfuscated. But you can browse like all posted 1080p video for example and figure out what the video is from the thumbnails. Or if you know how long a video is you can search using the video length for example.
If the videos are in MP4 containers you can stream them in your browser, no download required.
