if you care about any of this you need to seriously re-evaluate your life
Death to America
ripping off a bunch of queer people who are much less well-known than you - some of whom died of AIDS in obscurity - is kind of serious for the queer community. a lot of people missed how horny for nazis he was and they're just learning it now.
Yeah, you're only allowed to care about important things. All media is banned except for post war italian cinema reflecting on fascism and revolution
i kinda do think plagiarism bad honestly
i don't even know what the video is about, i just know it's 4 hours long and therefore should be irrelevant to literally everyone. also youtube is not the academy, who gives a fuck lol
Death to America
who gives a fuck? the queer writers whose work was stolen and pumped out as shitty content farm video essays for a greasy misogynistic nazi fucker
look i understand four hours is a lot but that is just the amount of shit this asshole has churned out.
Plus you can just use the chapter headings to skip around…
or watch it in like 20 minute chunks.
Lol people were getting pissed at me for suggesting that when the video was first posted. Idk why people care if you don't wanna watch something that long don't.
Its performative aloofness
Marxism is the ruthless criticism of all that exists. Plagiarism isn't bad for academic reasons, but because it exploits the labor of vulnerable people and is a basis for spreading misinformation.
It's a long video, yes, but it's primarily a video about one of the largest queer creators on YouTube stealing from smaller queer creators, erasing their contribution to media and literary critique while simultaneously positioning himself as King Queer.
I know it's a meme to laugh about internet drama and be contrarian and popular media here, but in this case, it's a valid subject.
H bomber guy is one of the better YouTubers out there. He seems to really make his videos out of passion on the topic he going on about, and not just for profit.
It's a worthwhile listen, play it in the background while doing something else.
ok so you dont really mean anything
If you care about queer history, this is important.
