I agree with your point, ut it’s not just semantics. The us has public payer healthcare for a few. Universal means everyone is covered. Different countries have different systems. Some have universal healthcare through insurance. So , everyone is covered but it’s not government payer. The government pays the premiums for those who cannot afford it. Some have basic universal care and other stuff is not covered, it people get insurance. It’s not one or the other.
