My old person trait is that I think 'ghosting' is completely unacceptable and you owe the other person a face-to-face conversation.

Everybody should be in bed by 11pm, midnight on the weekends. Nothing good happens after that. Get your beauty sleep.

This. Can’t stand people making noise late at night.
I go to sleep after midnight and still sleep 8-9 hours. Doesn’t matter when you go to sleep if you sleep enough.
