Chicken salad. I add it to rice, broccoli, and cheese.

Shred it into chunks for:

Pulled chicken sliders: add bbq sauce, pair with a slaw, put in Hawaiian bread

Chicken alfredo: cook up pasta, add jar of alfredo sauce or any sauce
