That’s honestly really good of them. If a real client showed up and wasn’t okay, they’d have done everything they could to keep them safe until the cavalry arrived

Indeed. Once my niece realised what was happening, she couldn't stop laughing or telling the story more widely. Which is why I feel OK about sharing this here.
