Why is the fmhy instance defederated from the lemmygrad instance? (lemmy.fmhy.ml)

Our instance is only defederated from one other instance and it's lemmygrad. My question is why? It doesn't seem like a hate group or anything as far as I can tell. Can someone fill me in?

I hope I posted this to the right place; still getting used to how lemmy works. If I should post elsewhere, let me know.

Here they talk about this instance stand on defederation. It has some ~~vague~~ responses about this.

Edit: there are some not actually vague

I'm in no way a tankie, but their reasoning is lacking for me if they aren't going to also de-federate from exploding heads etc
