A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket suffered an upper stage engine failure and deployed a batch of Starlink internet satellites into a perilously low orbit after launch from California Thursday night, the first blemish on the workhorse launcher's record in more than 300 missions since 2016.

Higher success rate than the shitty software/platform I use at work that is broken at least 3 times a week.

It's an impressive record, it'll be hard to beat.

But then, they're going to have to beat it somehow if they ever want starship to be human rated. There's no crew escape system on that thing... So yeah.
