Still waiting on the inevitable Big 12 invites being sent to Oregon St. and Wazzu. That feels like an open secret to me, for some reason. Maybe I'm crazy, but...

Shoot, if they want to SMU their way in and hope the tournament money, playoff money, and bowl payouts are better than the MWC total package, then be my guest. We're kind of full-up until the ACC gets cracked open, but I always thought the four-corners and OSU/WSU were closer to fungible media properties than the coastal types like to admit. With Wazzu in particular there is this fixation on Pullman like it's not a huge residential campus that's been pulling Seattle kids for generations.

True. Seeing Stanford and Cal's ACC progress makes me wonder what the bribes were to NC St. and the other schools who changed their votes, though.

Here once again to say that in my mind FSU should be voting yes since they want out. Bringing in an odd number should make it easier for them to leave.
