Well the correct answer is February based on 02月 but I don’t know where -tember came from.
Jantember, Febtember, Martember, Apritember, Maytember, Juntember, Jultember, Augtember, September Octtember, Novtember, Dectember. These are the tembers of the year
I'm guessing they just take the correct prefix (the first 3 letters of the correct month) and append "tember", no matter the month.

Somebody misread "ſeptember" and just went with it.
