Chicken (thighs) with pesto & spinach with a giant sourdough that our neighbor gave us.
Seriously this thing is huge. Banana for scale.
Baking sourdough bread is his hobby and man, he produces such great stuff!

I have committed serious frying pan abuse in the name of sticky hot chicken
Recipe Tin Eats FTW again - made drunken noodles (pad kee mao) from her site and they were soooo good!! Definitely going into the rotation. Noodles were very clumpy due to me just draining them and leaving them in their pot though, so lesson learned!
No pics cause we scoffed!
