Yum. Wish I could find Patties that maraca the maccas one. I’d be making heaps of them with cheese and bacon and egg.

When I make sausage and egg muffins I use the Coles frozen patties. They're not the same but close enough.

Fettuccini Amatriciana-ish. I had a bottle of Amatriciana sauce, and added some sliced chicken sausage, salami, onion, capsicum, mushroom and beet leaves. Served with a salad-kit Caesar Salad that I adulterated with tomoto.

My wife cooked a lentil loaf yesterday, which tonight we're having the leftovers of with some leftover steak. I'm not normally much of a lentil loaf sorta person but by Christ it was tasty.
