The 616 Universe as always, the MCU has its own ridiculously long number I dont remember, but for some reason in the movies they say they are 616. But it is, and has always been, Earth-616 and the universe in which she resides.
Comic Books
A place to discuss comic books of all types, from old to new, Big 2 to indie, and everything in between.
Floppies, graphic novels, compilations, omnibusses (omnibusi?) are all fair game.
There is only one rule:*
Comic Books is a no judgement zone.
You can talk all you want about how Rob Liefeld is trash, Bob Kane is an asshole, or Frank Miller and Dave Sim’s politics have made them toxic, that’s all good.
If, however, another user is LEGITIMATELY a fan of something you don’t like, that does NOT make them a lesser person. Attack the art for being bad, not the person for being a fan of bad art.
* I lied. There are TWO rules... No piracy. Cover shots? That's good. Interior pages, in moderation? Sure. Full books? Links to pirate sites? That's how we get things shut down. :(
I'm not saying it's been a problem, because it hasn't been.

MCU has always been 199999, and 616 has always been the primary comic book universe.
Confusingly, the in-universe characters in the MCU have referred to the MCU as 616 because Kevin Feige decided that the MCU was 616. One was Mysterio in Far From Home, who turned out to be full of shit, and the other was Christine Palmer from 838 (Illuminati) in Multiverse of Madness. So from the 838 Universe, 199999 looks like 616, but from our universe, 616 is still the primary comic book universe.
Yeah I never said it wasn't 199999, just that I couldn't remember the number. Imagine claiming your own universe is 616 right before doing a bunch of Multiverse stuff, where you could include the actual 616...
And why go through so much trouble to make a movie when you’re a comic book publisher?
Money!
