Giuliani is clearly mentally gone, and gone further day by day.

This is a great source with a factual account of the incident

It would have been easy enough to let the complaint go though as filed after the tirade. It's amazing how professional the judges are in these cases. Having to cut his mike then setting a compromise that was in Giuliani's favor must have been surreal.

“I have no relationship with [Lev Parnas] any longer,” Giuliani insisted. “He’s a convicted felon.”

Yet Giuliani was at the MSG rally for Trump, a convicted felon. Curious.
