Look, I'm getting confused here.

Who do I cheer for in this one? The "Death to the west" people or the "Come on guys, its one little genocide" guys...

Most of the people on the receiving end of the missiles are not in either of those groups, I am sad to say. I think you should cheer for Netanyahu to go to the Hague and the rest of the adults to figure out a workable solution.

There's nothing to cheer for here.

I see what you mean but change to an unjust status quo is something to cheer for. Justice for people who commit atrocities is also something to cheer for. Cheering for the process of unrelated people dying is definitely not okay, but I don't think most people here are doing that.

I mean, there is no change of a status quo. Iran is Israel under another name and religion.

Iran is terrible but are not comiting a genocide right now.

Not a physical one. But atleast a cultural one towards the Kurds. And if they were to gain control of that region, they will conduct a phsycal one.

The country wasnt home of the largest holocaust denial conference for nothing.

Huh? No. Iran is bad, don't get me wrong, but they're sure as hell not Israel. Not even close. You either believe US state propaganda too much or view Israel too mildly.

Considering that my extended family lives in Iran: Nah. They are not Israel, but they are not too far away from them and if thes gain control over the entirety of palastine, theyll just reverse the roles.

I mean how would Iran gain control over the entirety of Palestine? Hamas is not Iran, just aligned with Iran. Good point about the Kurds though.

The IRR is the single largest supporter of Hamas. Hamas will simply replace the Israeli Boot with their own.

Neither, you cheer for the innocent people on the ground.

I mean if you were Iranian (or Middle Eastern in general) you'd chant death to the West too. That hatred is absolutely deserved.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Half of the iranians wish death to theur own regime first. And that hatred is absolutely deserved.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 3 days ago

I mean yeah how does that contradict anything I said?

Who could have seen this coming... I'll spoil it for you, in the coming weeks, Israel will retaliate... and repeat.
