Brisbane

My post appears deleted to me, you can see it? I was working on it at lunch trying to find a royalty-free, nonattributive image and then I came back to it saying it was deleted. Still says it.

The reference is that it's the Bin Chicken, the most visible Brisbane icon throughout the city, most waste facilities, and wherever it feels like (saw a couple hundred at a dairy farm the other day). You can't be in Brisbane without seeing them digging around through something, usually bins. They will steal your lunch if possible. They are ugly as all sin which transcends ugliness back in to cute. At this point, the Bin Chicken is a meme of Brisbane that most are familiar with. Someone on reddit was making nice earrings of them and I saw a bin chicken Hawaiian shirt so if you're wearing them, you're in the cool club.
