The sorting of comments doesn't make sense to me.

Ooh thank goodness! I'm not minding Jerboa too much, but this has been driving me mad.

From what I read, there isn't and option yet.

Edit: probably worth noting that it isn't a gerboa thing. I haven't checked but I don't think its an option on Lemmy at all.
