Whenever I go to a post the comments do not show and get message "API error 403 temporarily disabled".

Is this the same for everyone else or just me?

I won't be able to see replies to this post though!

Edit: I only know that someone has replied to this post via the message alert which shows the comment. But I can only see this comment which I can edit to show my reply.

So I was getting the same error, I think it started when I changed the comment sorting order from top to new in settings. Reverted it to sort from top and that apparently fixed it.

Yes, I've just confirmed that as well. Previously I had change comment sort order from default Hot to Old but hadn't realised this was the cause. Uninstalled and reinstalled Boost fixed things. Now that I can see comments and your reply I too can confirm the same thing. Sort from Hot to Old and I see no comments but get errrors. Change Comment sort back to default Hot and it works!

Haven't had the problem: can you see me? Is it on posts from all instances? I wonder if you can see notifications but not the comment in the UI? Also, just wondering, what's the Deb's preferred channel for bug reporting?

I can see your comments now. Changing comment sort order from default Hot causes the problems.

Also weird to me, but your post shows as a link post linking to itself. Maybe I am missing something, just started using Lemmy when Boost came out for it

Fixed. Cleared all data, uninstalled, reinstalled and now it works; I can see comments.
