As someone who knows a Kevin, they are a constant source of disappointment.

Qui connaît une personne nommée Kevin, qui a fini par devenir neurochirurgien ?

I'm Kevin, but you can call me Jean Pierre

Kevin isn't as rare as you'd think in Europe especilally in the early 90s. Motorcycle racing AKA MotoGP was very popular and the champion in 1993 was Kevin Schwantz.

You also had the rise of Kevin Costner around then that probably contributed to it as well.

I saw an advertisement for a realtor named Richard Long last week. His parents named him Long, Dick.

feels like a pretty germanic name though, like in norway it rolls off the tongue fine but finnish is a bit iffy and in french it sounds terrible

Was it "kevin" though, or "kayveen"

It would be great if he had to break his accent to say his name right.

Kevinism is a thing.
