Hi, I've been using this app since I bought Mi TV QLED 55" earlier this year. This is like Revanced but for Android TVs. It blocks ads and has some additional features. Hope you like it.

It's a great app, even if it didn't block the Google added ads, the sponsor block feature is amazing!

Yes. Btw, which Google added ads are you talking about?

Not sure how to be clearer; the ads before, during and after YouTube videos.

Yours doesn't block that??

You didn't but it does block ads for anyone reading.

I really wanted to love this but it just kept buffering and buffering (at any quality) while the official app did just fine. I'll try again in a month.

That's unusual. Default settings worked ok for me. I have buffering off and it rarely buffers. Try the in-app update feature if you didn't already.

i think there is a setting to route videos through piped, maybe try turning that off

Thanks! I'll give that a shot!

There are frequent build updates and the dev is very active. I'm guessing you may have tried it during an 'in between' phase when kinks were being worked out after Google changed something. I've experienced this before too.

But at the moment it's quite stable. Used it for hours yesterday on the current build with no buffering issues at 1080p.

Yeah, that could be the reason.
