Maybe a bad cable or some connection that does not fit well?

I have two hdmi cable, it does the same !
Does it only happen in videos, or in games too?
You may also want to try changing the deck's external display settings. Try disabling features like HDR/VRR if they're turned on, and try lowering the output resolution. My TV frequently has glitches if my deck is outputting HDR or 4k video, but it's a TV problem and not a deck problem.
Only in video ! Game work normally. How can I can change those settings in desktop mode ?
Sorry about the late reply, wanted to verify how to do it before telling you.
You can change resolution by right clicking on the desktop and selecting configure display settings. There will be a drop down for resolution, try picking a lower resolution with the same aspect ratio. I believe VRR should have an option on this same screen, but I can't confirm that.
HDR doesn't work in desktop mode, so it shouldn't be a concern here.
Something similar used to happen to me and changing the hdmi fixed it.
