Issues with DHL app using Bluetooth (alien.top)

Hi, did someone else experience problems using the DHL app?
I have a FP4 and I'm trying to connect to the packstation.
For some reason it's not working. It was working fine in the past.
I had to use my work phone(iPhone) to get my delivery from the Packstation.
I tried: reinstalling the app, turning bluetooth off and on but nothing worked. I will try restarting my phone next time.
