I love how making the vaccine free, only for some people under very specific conditions is seen as a big win.

EO 14074 is an excellent example of just how useless this administration is lmao. Obviously it didn't actually do anything claimed in the meme. It required federal police to review their use-of-force policies and offered local departments more fucking money in exchange for doing the same.
