You hang them on a wall. Use the opener and the cap falls down into the little box. They are fairly common here in mexico but Im not sure if they are a worldwide thing.
Thanks, now it makes sense. I initially thought you had to place the bottle in the box and perform some Kind of magic unknown to me. Never seen something lille that in Germany. But here actually everything is seen as a bottle opener if used right ;-)
Where is the hardware from? The opener on the left looks vintage.

I bought them online brand new but added distress with sand paper, wax and sawdust.

shizz like this is what made me wanna get into woodburning (im still no good) and potentially a laser engraver or something
