This likely will be a DIY job.

If you're planning on getting white PBT keycaps, you can dye sublime them. You can put stickers there otherwise.

Are there any brands well known for making side-stickers or transfers that are relatively easy to line up?

That's the issue. There's none to my knowledge.

Dye sublime sounds interesting, I'll definitely take a look at that.

I'm currently using a Redragon K530 and I wanted to get a new set of keycaps. I really like the white text on the sides of the caps as it helps me remind which shortcut is tied to which key. What keywords should I search for? Are there any specific shops which sell these kinds of keycaps?

I have a feeling you won't be able to find different keycaps with those same side legends. I'm you want different keycaps you'll probably have to get used to not having the side legends. You can probably make yourself a little cheat sheet with the FN layer actions to help you remember.

Thank you for your comment! I'll probably look into making some sort of sticker or if that fails I will make a nice cheat sheet.

Those legends are specific to this one keyboard not common with other ones, and therefore no alternative keycaps with the same legends exist.
