It started out incredibly cheap ($15 mo for six people), and includes a Spotify style music streaming service

I think it was more that they unionized when Elon started poaching their talent, no?

I’m not talking about OP’s article, I’m talking about yours.

I’m tempted to just laugh at mbfc being used as a gotcha, but I’m still bummed that it got this much cultural inertia behind it. It’s sort of like quoting an uncited Wikipedia article at someone to prove you’re right.

Does the article say that Maduro appointed the judges? Thus far I only see a claim that it's packed with Maduro loyalists... which is pretty far from an unbiased framing

Thank you, Vimium has recently been getting out of whack for me. Whenever I use it to scroll, the clickable areas don’t scroll at the same rate until I use my trackpad to scroll, which really defeats the purpose of keyboard navigation

Silly McKay! Mussolini actually said corporate power, not corporations! And also, according to skepticallibertarian.com (lol), he never actually said corporate power anyway! And also, even if he did say it (which we’re distinctly unsure of, but quite sure that you’re lying either way it ends up), corporatism in Italy is way different than corporations in the US! It refers to monopolies, not mega corps which will eventually become monopolies!

Sixteen Pinocchios for you, dumb lefty!

True, but the M1 MacBooks have really taken a beating in price. And the Airs were already quite a good deal to start with, so they do still seem competitive (8GB RAM notwithstanding). Been using a base model air since launch, and unless I hit swap super hard (I rarely do) it's still great :)

Not sure if it's literally FOSS, but OpenAI's Whisper is the best transcription I've ever used and the models are all free to download and use locally.
