I like this camera, because it doesn't even offer cloud recording, so I'm not annoyed by that popup some other apps have I have used before.

I don't really care that much about this camera, I was just curious what could have caused this, I have never seen colors messed up like this.

The exact same model is actually discontinued, but the brand has available other models. I have tried to look through comments (listing I bought this camera from is still up and there are thousands of comments) but haven't seen anyone else commenting about the same issue ๐Ÿคท

Well, this thing was about 20 bucks and was doing its job perfectly fine until colors got messed up, investing in an expensive setup isn't an option for this situation.

Hello,

I got WiFi security camera from China, it worked fine for few months.

Now the colors are messed up, I think they are inverted, there is no option in settings for inverting colors, I did reset the camera, but it didn't work. I did firmware update and neither did it work.

What could have caused this?

P.S. before you ask, I did contact manufacturer and they are offering replacement, but I have to send camera back and since I ordered using freight forwarder, sending it back is more expensive than it's worth.
