Where should I create new communities?

  • Wherever I have an account?
  • Wherever it fits thematically, like location specific instances or with a focus on a specific group of topics?
  • Wherever I want? Does it even matter?
The change-log for 0.0.32-alpha is heartwarming and I can't wait for 0.0.33-alpha in c/[email protected]

Let's hope Lemmy becomes a real alternative for reddit. The infrastructure looks good, now we just need the communities.
